Terms of Purchase and Membership – Israel Data Center Association

By purchasing services and/or membership through the Website of the Israel Data Center Association (the "Association"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding upon any person completing a purchase or registration through the Website.

Services Provided

The Association provides services including registration for conferences and events, payment of annual membership fees, and access to exclusive community content and activities. Membership in the Association is valid for a full calendar year, regardless of the date of joining, and is automatically set to expire on December 31 of the same year. Membership fees are non-transferable, non-refundable, and final.

Membership Rights

Membership grants the right to participate in Association events, conferences, and community activities, as well as access to designated digital content, publications, and community resources. The Association reserves the right to update and change the scope of services and activities offered to members, provided that membership shall always include participation rights in community events and content access.

Purchase Terms

All purchases made through the Website are final. No cancellations, refunds, or changes will be permitted under any circumstances. By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the payment is binding, and you irrevocably waive any demand or claim with respect to refunds or cancellations.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Transila secure payment gateway. All payment information is processed securely and in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure channels. The Association uses industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including content, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Website, belong exclusively to the Association. No use, reproduction, or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The services of the Association are provided on an "as is" basis. The Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Website or participation in its activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute shall rest with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
